To clear the cache and cookies in Chrome, follow these steps:
- Click the Google Chrome - Settings icon (Settings) icon, click Tools, and then click Clear Browsing Data. The Clear browsing data dialog appears.
- Alternatively, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete to display the Clear browsing data dialog immediately.
- In the Obliterate the following items from list box, select the length of time to clear data. To clear the entire cache, select the beginning of time.
- To clear the cache, select the Empty the cache check box.
- To clear the cookies, select the Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data check box.
Click Clear browsing data.
